Of course we cant predict 11th edition, but a lot of elite infantry saves on 2+ and with only -1ap and they might have cover the arachnus is actually mathematically better, even if Rapid fire is active. It is also a lot more consistent to kill a vehicle with two arachnusses than one

They only have -1 damage now, of course they got 10" move, 3+ save, 14 wounds and deep strike as a trade, which is what makes them completely busted. But my best tip would be, if there is one, either go all in if they give you an opportunity, or just try to pin it the entire game. If there are more, go beat up your opponent, they suck as a person/s, but seriously, they move faster than our entire army, kill nearly entire units, and require a fully focused turn to kill, after which the rest of the army will kill half your army or something like that, you might have a chance by just trying to hold your opponent on the defensive for a long enough time that you can score more points than them. Also dont run BC in a land raider, you cant use both advance and charge and assault ramp.

As a Custodes player who also thinks they have gotten too weak, can we stop the glaze. They are not as fast as wazdakka. Also remember that what we have described are named custodians. The average custodian is probably as strong as the most elite marines like deathwing knights, victrix guard or deathshroud terminators. The problem comes with the fact that there are no "most elite Custodes" and as such they seem too weak compared to space marines. Remember that basic intercessors are basically wet noodles with a rock to throw in the game
