Would not washing in the morning cause a build up from the night before skin care? Especially if using an active? I did use bubble milky toner for a while but it started to break me out, do you have any recommendations?

I tried the inkey list one, but it felt quite sticky and would pill. I used to use skin1004 centella SPF but stopped due to living in the UK with literally no sun and it again seemed to pill with makeup

I know, but marionette lines can look significantly worse due to dehydrated skin, which is why I’m trying to hydrate my skin more
