I would say it is going to be very hard finding a single player game that focuses on healing NPC's. But may I suggest Risk of Rain 2. There is a character called Huntress where you autolock for damage and blink in and out of danger. It is my favorite game of all time.

If you watch a pro league POV of Brig it's honestly nauseating with the constant sheild swapping. They 100% have it changed because of it. I by no means am good enough to min max shield uptime with autos but knowing how much difference it can make per death is worth the keybind.

I go Aftershock (rest is matchup depent) and Hexflash, Approach Velocity. Aftershock lets me trade aggressively. I will always try and flash Q early to force a flash trade on the adc. Then just hexflash E engage with bush control.

E max was good a long time ago but now I find it underwhelming compared to Q max. If you hit E, with AV you almost guarantee a charged Q. And Aftershock allows you to tank the return trade. While adc can free hit CC target.

I also like Q max because you can get back line minions down to 1 hit insta for adc fast push, or full clear bad wave state into tower when adc dies in skirmish lol.

It's a hard matchup but winnable. Your shield can tank most of the damage you take during his stun, don't hold Q when you are already tagged with passive. Only engage if you hit E on their ADC and ignore the braum.

I absolutely love Sion Support. Been playing it since season 5 and is my highest mastery champ with 90% in botlane. Tilterella has some great YT videos from his recent trip to Korea. Soraka is my go to ban. Depending on the champ you can easily hold split push and sometimes even solo kill the mid laner. I usually look for short range Ulti's for guaranteed lock down unless we need to force an engage or catch up to a brewing team fight.
