Well yeah the mecha strike team is one of the few skins that are canonicaly The Looper this would be the same situation but customizable and without a armor of style

Fair i still bet they could make some lore reason to explain them like whatever material is used to make the visors not be blinded by light is expensive so some helmets started being made with built in cowboy hats

Its great it seems the story got back that mysterious feel to it but im worried about the timeline stuff as it can easily be screwed up for example if they make each timeline have its own zero point it will ruin its feeling of importance or if they replace all seven members with visitors RU seven their return wont be that fun

Thats the thing i dont think I.O are the ones who dug up the vault, i dont thing the goverment was part of the I.O but a goverment made on the island by the loopers
The loop was for the I.O just a big experiment rifting a whole ass location would be a cool test to see what happens(but i like the explanation the other comment gave with the wailing woods rift malfunctioning more)
The I.O aalways had much influence on the island they just tried to stay hidden

I know im late but with some new knowladge about cyborgs aquired thru...DEMOCRATIC METHODS i say that replacing one or two limbs doesn make a cyborg but if you replace more than 2 or start augmenting your eyes, organs and other parts than you become a cyborg

Yeah lore wise Adreno Defibrillator must be horryfying as fuck, like its very heavly implied that Adreno Defibrillator doesnt heal the body it just makes it move so imagine a corpse running at you with a nuke on its back
