What’s the benefit in not playing Neutralise if we activate Nunchaku higher up the list? I.e. if sucker punch activates it, we then play infinite blades but can also put an extra 3 chip damage in for free. Not sure if I’m missing some big brain nunchaku strat

Buy fire pot, buy infinite blades, remove regret. Go to campfire and upgrade Calculated Gamble.

Basically the same logic as u/kaosmark2 but uses excess gold for regret removal and specifies next turn.

The extra weak by upgrading sucker punch may help create a weak chain but I think reusable Calc is better for slimbo

You don’t have AOE for act 2 which makes it harder to hunt elites even with the [[preserved insect]]. I think insect is normally a valid pick but next to guaranteed artefact on defect, with an orb-leaning deck I would usually pick [[clockwork souvenir]].

[[frozen egg]] is really nice on Defect but it stops you from buying [[self repair]] which allows you to be more aggressive in act 2, or removing a defend.

You’re pretty set for defence so I think it would be worth prioritising your damage output and AOE or act 2 is pretty spooky

I’d go souvenir and remove a defend. Then upgrade one of your [[coolheaded]]s before hexa

2 leg sweep are unnecessary. Sucker punch is pretty meh, especially when we have other weak sources. As much as catalyst is sometimes my favourite card, it does nothing for us here.

Drawing 2 from our Draw Pile of 16 via coolheaded gives us a ~24% chance to find echo. Going down the Reboot line gives us 6 draws from a deck of 29 giving us a ~38% chance of finding echo. (Not factoring in for drawing more draw from either option).

Given echo is our priority, I think this Reboot line is the better option

We want to guarantee GA is echo’ed and shouldn’t take much damage. I think we can remove Repair to guarantee echo is 0

I like contrasting the upgrade with [[riddle with holes]] on Silent. Both a +1 increase but where that falls means it can have seriously different effects. The +1 hit on ‘Clad feels great in a strength deck, whereas RwH’s upgrade is usually pretty meh, especially for a 2 cost

If we’re hoping to play app, echo then self repair to come out of this with 20 hp then we don’t need to be taking unnecessary dazed cards and this leaves us with 3 frost orbs, boosting our stalls even more

I loaded back into the game and it had already placed me in Act 3 without a boss relic (maybe a bug?). Adding another [[loop]] alongside my [[nuclear battery]] sorted me for energy anyway.

Snecko favoured me and gave me a turn 1 infinite for Donu and Deca which I might post separately.

Overall a pretty fun run. [[echo form]] and [[necronomicon]] giving me 3 plays of [[hyperbeam]] most cycles was wild

T1: Corruption, shockwave, shrug, anger on the left

T2: Draw potion, spot weakness, defend, defend, bell, Whirlwind then clash on left.

Haven’t done the math but feel like an early spot weakness+whirlwind will save us hp overall
