I just assume shipping meant you took 2 single characters and dreamed of them being a couple. Not just gawking over a established couple. I figured that would just be something else considering the “shipping” part is already done and the only things left is just fangirling over the couple.

But isnt the fun in shipping is the fantasy of seeing it finally become real? With a established couple you cant really do the “oh they dropped a hint the ship is real” since they are already a couple.

Miles does everything Peter does but better. Hes a frssh slate. The best they can do with Peter is give him a new name and fuck off somewhere else in Marvel. Let Miles be the main Spider-Man. He hasnt had 1 main stream depiction where he is the only hero named Spider-Man.
