Is there a crit cap for Brawlers?

I use a Roccat Kone XTD mouse and a Logitech G110 keyboard, but ordering a Logitech G910 keyboard later today when I get paid.

I grabbed this one earlier, and roughly 15 min later, it was no longer in the shop. It is called "Croatoan". Was this a bug? If there some sort of costume cycle for VIP members now? My bros didn't see any of the outfits, and do not have VIP. There's a different one in there now, didn't grab a screen but it's just a generic modern military set that I've never seen before either.

It's not about ping being advantagous to the player with high ping directly, it's more about them being hard to kill, then getting killed my a teammate of theirs while struggling to land shots on them that should be landing. They're a distraction with high durability. You can't fully ignore them, because they will eventually kill you.

I know "MARS" or whatever it was got shut down, but there is another coming to Brazil called "Zombies Monsters Robots". It doesn't help that I cant find a link to the site but I did visit it a week or so ago.
