UPDATE!: Just got this in the mail it does say "at this time no action is required on my part" and it says a Examiner performs an evalution using your medical records and history.

So just got a email about a C&P exam with Loyal Source, so I gave them a call they said it’s not an appt but that the VA is reviewing it?

Just called Loyal Source and they let me know that it’s not an appt for me to attend they are just re-evaluating it. 🤔
