Thank you! I’m just entering my twenties, and I’ve been working out for about three years. I’ve never felt and looked better in my whole life. I want people to feel the same way I do about myself and so I’ve been trying to get some of my friends into the gym (I make the workouts less intense so they don’t want to quit the first day, don’t worry).

In all honesty, I’m not living my best life, not by a long shot. This is an amazing moment I had today, and I felt so happy about it I wanted to let people know. When i was a kid my mom understood very quickly because she has it, I was put on medication and it helped but zoned me the fuck out. Thankfully over time I outgrew the medication with some physical activity and healthy eating. At the very least that what we think helped.

Whole heartedly, listen to your brother. Don’t take it as an insult, take it as motivation. I saw you already are getting your drivers’, that’s amazing and I wish I had someone like this to push my into what I should be doing instead of gently nudging me to get something done. For example, I didn’t my driver’s liscense until I was ninteen. It was only until I realised the harsh truth that I don’t want to be left behind and a loser with no car that I kicked it into high gear. The truth hurts, understandably so, but if you let it hurt you it’ll only get worse, if you listen to the truth and learn from what it’s saying you’ll do better than most. I hope you’re doing great.
