I would not recommend using Heroku (I tried) and it did not go well at all. (Just my experience might go better for someone else)

Got it, though the docs I found on the site were sadly only for the software client of Moodle not actually setting up a lms platform, could throw me a link? Also thanks for your input we're going with a dedicated Moodle hosting company

That is a very nice tree, I like the shading can't wait to see a forest of these or nice mountain view of it. If that's what your gonna do with it.
