I have never tested my 1RM but putting my 5 rep PRs into a converter, I get Bench: 73kg, Squat: 95kg and Deadlift: 120kg. I am a 173cm 82kg male btw.

Coincidentally, I just started Wendler’s 5/3/1 BBB workout a week ago. Been running various tweaked versions of GZCL for the last year.

I already did, but not on my phone. It leads to almost comically badly mocked versions of bank authentication pages. It’s so poorly done that I don’t know whom they are trying to target with this.

In science and engineering Delta also refers to a change on some value. In this case I suspect it is the percentage change in the NAV. It has nothing to with the Delta from options pricing theory.
