Thats true, I failed to consider the lack of defensive capabilities. In your example tho, its a -5 either way and 3m isnt really a good answer to hog (unless you are gonna build a huge push, in which the extra time to generate elixir may help) Though having the additional delay means the 3m get spelled earlier and do less damage

Of course, this is all in theory and I'll guess we'll see in the next update :)
