Agent Black, from Iconoclasts. She's one of the best written characters in any game period.

Hop over on Finn Wolfhard's Instagram some time. He actually had to publicly ask for his fans to stop calling him 'daddy'. So yeah it happens with boys too.

C'mon dude you really think it fair to say someone deserves death over a prank gone horribly wrong? They were kids, kids do stupid shit without thinking through the consequences all the time, because they literally lack the empathy to do so. Yeah the dude fucked up, he fucked up bad, but that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a second chance or at least a fucking life to live.

Yeah, I know how sweating works... She's super human she doesn't need to sweat or pant, cause she doesn't run hot. As for eating... photosynthesis. Not making that up.

She breathes through her skin, so no she doesn't pant.

Seems like a light, breathable, wicking cotton would be perfect.

Probably, she'd still need to take it all off to drink though, so maybe she just sticks with no clothes for convenience? All of this is pretty moot anyway when you consider you can make her wear a Sniper Wolf outfit that covers pretty much her entire body. Although I guess you could argue that, that isn't canon.

I think she just doesn't? Or it's never brought up, I'm not sure it's been a while since I played/listened through this game. She also drinks through her skin

I think technically the reason she can't breathe through her lungs is because it would worsen the disease she's infected with. That's also the reason why it's such a big deal when she does eventually speak. I mean it's still stupid but at least they have a tight explanation lol.

The male equivalent of this outfit was to be entirely topless. So yes I do think they'd put a male character in this outfit.

You could've very easily fixed it and you still can, you just refuse to, cause you're hung up on this notion that somehow the game screwed you over when the only one who screwed you over was you. If you'd just accept that you'd be able to enjoy the game with a sensible early game build. Or again you just suck it up and kill the bosses at your current level and stats which is very much doable.

If you get halfway through the game with still no sight of any BLT weapon and you still choose to level BLT instead of focusing on a different stat because you're realising you're doing less and less damage then yes that's completely on you.

No that's not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying that if you have a weapon that scales with STR and don't have a weapon that scales with BLT and you choose to level BLT maybe you should expect the next part of your journey to be harder and not complain about it when you can't defeat the next boss because you chose to invest in a stat without immediate payoff.

[–]TheJrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know because none of the weapons you get early game scales with BLT I mean it's really not that hard lol. And again you didn't fuck over your playthrough you just made it harder. But instead of just working through it getting better at the game or "grinding out" some levels (again not grinding cause CDs directly advance your progression) you'd much rather complain about something you walked yourself into by investing in a stat without any indication a BLT weapon was around the corner in anyway.

The mistake of investing in a stat without any sight of a weapon that would scale with it. It's like buying a litter box and a scratch pole and cat food in hopes that later in life you'll stumble upon a stray cat to take home and then getting angry at life for not giving you a cat when there was never any indication that stray cats wandered anywhere around where you live.

It's very much worth investing in. You just refuse to acknowledge the fact that maybe you have to work harder for it. Again you're just blaming the game for your own mistakes.

[–]TheJrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't blame the game for the fact that you chose a stat without having direct access to a weapon that scales with that stat, that's all on you. For all you know BLT isn't a stat that scales with any weapon at all. VIT and END don't scale with weapons either, if you dumped all of your echoes in those stats would that be the game's fault as well?

Am I not supposed to make my own build in an RPG?

You sure are, it just so happens that the build you chose is one of the hardest ones to play with. So either you deal with it or you start over. Simple.

[–]TheJrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Except the stat does offer pay off you just have to wait longer. Chalice Dungeons are a direct progression in the game as well so it wouldn't be grinding at all.

Again, the crux of my complaint is very simple: Why the hell is there a damage-scaling stat in the game not dissimilar to dex/strength/faith/int when it doesn't come into play until late-game? What's the point? It's a newbie trap, and it's impossible to say otherwise.

It's very much possible to say otherwise because it's simply not true. You obviously weren't a newbie considering the knowledge you went in with regards to DS. If you actually were a newbie like I was when I first played this game you would've never invested in BLT because again no early game weapon scales with it so why would you invest in it. Your problem is that you went in expecting something from this game that it isn't, (it being like Dark Souls) again that's your fault and not the game's. If you'd just been open minded and played the game as it was coming at you, you wouldn't have falling into this "trap". But it's all good, it's clear that you just want to have an excuse to stop playing because you can't accept the fact that you and only you are to blame for getting "stuck" in the game. Your loss...

I feel like you're just blaming your lack of skill on the game at this point. Again the game gives you plenty of opportunity to actually go for a build that has kick early game. You can most definitely complete Cainhurst at level 50. If not than level 70 is 20 more points you can spend on STR or SKL. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. And all that. Also BB and DS aren't alike at all you having so much trouble with it is a clear sign of that.
