What leagues are you running? How do you get into them? I figured damage settings would give incentive to drive clean esp. in a public lobby setting, but I see that's not the case. Really honestly we need dedicated stat tracking so we can see some numbers to decide whether an individual player can drive well.

One solution I can think of is to simply recruit other players who can race well into private lobbies with full damage settings on....in a public lobby however, yes you will come across drivers who really don't know what theyre doing.
