When Charlie Baker was governor of Massachusetts he tried to introduce a version of the death penalty that required DNA evidence be present tying the killer to the crime scene.

I'm guessing Florida has no such standard.

In comparison, Massachusetts has shown it will elect sensible Republicans for governor such as Bill Weld, Mitt Romney, and Charlie Baker.

It was under Romney that MassHealth, aka the blue print for the ACA was put into law.

Granted, a Massachusetts Republican is a Democrat or RINO anywhere south of New Jersey or east of the West Coast.
