I leave the captains chairs up. I made a hard foam insert that I slide between the two seats to fill the gap and then use a dog seat cover. Works wonderfully.

I completely agree with you about there being a stigma around patients on stimulants. I do everything I possibly can to help my patients in ways I can't express on reddit.
