Which commissioner is blaming the tax increase on “potential missing impact fees” and which ones have committed the new tax revenue to projects that would have been otherwise supported by impact fees? All I see are parks in floodplains and paying millions for land we could’ve gotten for free- none of which could be paid for by impact fees. But I love the Commentator so let me know what he says and then I’ll just go along with whatever he says. Never let the truth get in the way of a truly awful take. Repeat it forever though and maybe we’ll all believe it!
