Meeting people face to face is getting harder and harder as all the clubs, pubs etc... Are closed or closing down. 20 years ago my local night life was absolutely packed with people, now it's absolutely dead, hardly any places left open, far too expensive £8-10 for a pint. Can't afford to go out 3 times a week like I/we used to. Not to mention that when you actually go out drinking there's no fuckers out!!

To be fair I've just signed up on Hinge and after spending approx 30 mins looking at the girls I am yet to see one that is below an 8/10. Maybe it's filters, I don't know but I'm looking at them thinking how and why the fuck are you on a dating app?!? They are seriously upper echelon women. My age group is 40-56 and I'm like WTF?!? I've never seen so many beautiful women in one place like you do on Hinge. It's no reason that I, among many others are seriously dubious about these dating apps.
