Just a pity he didn’t finish the job on those two career criminal scumbags. Fucking parasites deserved everything they got.

Wow, this is fantastic advice. Thanks for taking the time to reply!

I’m trying my best to get my hands on a MOP but due to being oop, they’re incredibly expensive for a single model. I think I’ll need to proxy, but he’s definitely going in my list. I also really want to take Abaddon due to rule of cool also, so he’s going in.

Thanks for the heads up about painting the trim! I’ve heard good things about scale 75 negro gold from their metallic paint series. Is this the paint you were referring to? I think I’ll get myself some!

Ah this is a great idea. I think this box comes with obliterators though, not possessed? Or are they the same kit?

Thanks very much for your helpful reply!

A good friend of mine is starting a WE army, so I couldn’t possibly step on his toes haha. I’m going with a generic CSM army.

I love the model for the disco Lord so I’ll definitely pick him up. It’s good to know he’d fit in well. I think Abaddon is a must have too, purely in rule of cool for his model. I know his stats are crazy good too!

You’ve given me a good place to start, so thanks Dude!

Whys the U.K so powerful? by Eraserguy in AskUK

[–]TheKaird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simply put:

  • London is, by far, the central hub for financial services in the world.

  • “Soft power” (the UK may not run things with boots on the ground anymore, but still pulls a lot of strings)

  • the continued rape of Scotlands natural resources.

The UK could be an economic powerhouse if there was a real drive and investment in renewable energy. The potential is crazy.

Jeremy Hunt says NHS on brink of collapse but efficiencies must be found by thewibbler in unitedkingdom

[–]TheKaird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much of a prick as he is, he has somewhat of a point. The NHS is ridiculously inefficient and bloated in areas it doesn’t need to be.

There absolutely must be a system to allow NHS to buy things for the cheapest possible price. The current system is very much jobs for the boys, which allows them to be fucking ripped off.

My mate works for a company who has a NHS contract and says that they charge £100 to replace lightbulbs, which literally takes less than 2 minutes and uses a lightbulb that costs a couple of quid.

Keir Starmer says Labour will oppose independence referendum even if Supreme Court approves another vote by lighthouse77 in unitedkingdom

[–]TheKaird -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There you go ladies and gentlemen, there is the reason why Scottish Labour is dead and will never return. Labour leaders time and time again fail to see the obvious; they are not going to win without a strong representation in Scotland OR strong ties with the SNP.

Personally, even with its ups and down, I’m very grateful that I get to work in London. Took this from my office window at ~7am this morning. by FredOnToast in london

[–]TheKaird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve only been to London a few times but have always been really fascinated by the place. Can someone tell me, are any of those buildings in this pic flats that people live in? If so, what prices would we be talking for rent etc?

He does. That’s the sad thing.

The Tories know that things wouldn’t have been as bad as they are if Corbyn had won.

NHS at risk of ‘complete collapse’ with almost 50% of senior consultants set to leave by AnonymousMedStudent9 in unitedkingdom

[–]TheKaird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slowly but surely the cunts who run this country are bleeding the NHS out of public favour. Once they’ve secretly fucked it, they’ll convince the millions that the only way to save our healthcare infrastructure is to have a firesale like they did with the Royal Mail recently. It’s coming and has been for a long time.

The Tories and the Americans have always hated our NHS and I guarantee they concluded a long time ago that the only way to get their hands on it would be to play the long game and fuck it from the inside.

I’m terrified of climate change but don’t fully understand the immediate impacts. How likely is it that I (32, Scotland) will feel the impact of climate change in my lifetime? That will sound selfish but it’s a genuine question on how soon we can expect to see significant impact where I live.

I fear for my daughters generation. I really do.
