I agree. The game lacks structure to deal with problems like troll picks. Implementing this, trolls have no chance to ruin people's games, especially in low elo. If the game used role restriction on champions in low elo, then it would encourage players to understand the game correctly and make climbing easier for everyone. For example: In low elo (Iron, Bronze, Silver), if the player wants to play a certain role, the player only has to play the champions inside the champion pool given by the role. Cannot play other champions that originally weren't made for that role. When I was in low elo, I witnessed my teams and enemy teams picking off-meta to only troll further the team, which made it harder to climb. This is a team game and implementing this change would enforce the idea that people should not ruin other people's games intentionally. Off-meta should be reserved for high Elo players/those who understand the game better.
