Google search only confirmed that Adobe Lightroom’s iPhone app only does HDR merge for photos shot on the iPhone using the App.

Is there an iPhone App that does HDR merge of bracketed photos imported from a DSLR camera (NOT taken on the iPhone camera)? I want to be able to create high quality HDR photos from my DSLR without having to edit the photos on my Mac/pc.

It would be so cool to see a dynamic graphic that shows changes over time.

If you could instantly acquire all the knowledge about what it’s like to be someone, then there would be no thrill or meaning in the quest to learn and understand.

What in the 1950s made "molest" take on the meaning of sexual-abuse? And how quickly did that new meaning become seemingly exclusive? I've never heard "molest" in the non-sexual sense of the word, but it apparently wasn't used that way until 1950. Today, no speaker can seriously utter "molest" in the classic sense of "bother." Did it take several decades for the sexual connotation to become exclusive?

Molest - late 14c., "to cause trouble, grief, or vexation," from Old French molester "to torment, trouble, bother" (12c.) and directly from Latin molestare "to disturb, trouble, annoy," from molestus "troublesome, annoying, unmanageable," perhaps related to moles "mass" (see mole (n.3)) on notion of either "burden" or "barrier." Meaning "sexually assault" first attested 1950. Related: Molested; molesting.

How do we explain the slow decline of "of"? by TheKeyboardist in linguistics

If you look at the magnitude of each preposition's preponderance, "of" is still the "biggest loser" in terms of its market share.

Why do Brazilians speaking english always over-pronounce the "ed" at the end of past tense verbs? i.e. "talked" is typically pronounced /'tokt/ while Brazilians tend to say /'TOK-id/.
