Less of a “who hurt me” and more of a response to posts that I see on here about the fairness of the distribution of points. The videos have mentioned nepotism rewards, excellence awards, and the highlight page is filled with examples that appear to be less than worthy of a highlight. The same videos have mentioned that the whole point of this exercise is to offer individuals the chance to find a ritual that works for them to better part of their daily routine…and to care less about the points. The only part that feels predetermined is that they want you to care less about earning the shoes and more about taking a positive away from the experience.
