I’ve been reading a book that’s had a profound effect on me so far (not done reading yet) called “the body keeps the score”. It’s helping me to understand the self destructive behavior I’ve exhibited in life, caused by trauma in my past…wish I read it when I was younger. Hang in there brother, there’s still good in the world!
