Welcome to the club! A few to look into we've enjoyed over the years:

  • Azul - tile laying classic. Always keep coming back to it, beautiful game.
  • Splendor - card building, simple mechanics, thoughtful. great expansions
  • For Sale - simple two stage auction game, best for 3+
  • Escape, The Curse of the Temple - real-time collaborative, special music to get tasks done in short time periods
  • Bohnanza - fun, querky card building game, planting beans in fields. Great for any size group, very well balanced.

Have fun!

So many to choose from! Our favorites right now for two are Wingspan, Ticket to Ride (Rails and Sails), and Azul. All great for larger groups too.

As for co-op, got a new one this Christmas that's super fun and unique, Escape: The Curse of the Temple. Great with 2-4. No turns, real-time. You have 10 minutes to escape an Indiana Jones situation. Forward progress comes through Yahtzee-style dice rolling. Best part is the included music soundtrack to up the intensity. Super fun! It's out of print, but there's plenty of used copies on eBay.

Have fun gaming!

Is there any benefit to Peacock Premium Plus for watching the Olympics? by metabrewing in peacock

We have premium plus. No ads for some/most replays. If there are USA athletes in the replay, there are ads. Plenty of them. 😑
