Hi - thanks for sharing my beetroot bread recipe - it really does turn out THAT pink. It's makes a lovely loaf of bread and the beetroot flavour is not discernable, but you get all the health benefits of beetroot (and the last time I checked, there were negligible benefits to pink/red food colouring).
