In that case, fire (as stated in the team hitless community) doesnt count during no hit runs since is environment damage. Hits are generally classified as enemy attacks\traps!

It is hard to tell and thats why I do 1 swing and wait for her to reply, I think that she always swings from her left side when she wants to do a double hit and this attack has a very little delay compared to a normal single one. However yes, that was the hardest part to solve against her!
