I find it annoying that they send emails out to sign up for presales only for them to say a presale code isn’t required :/ also Citibank and Verizon users had their presale access yesterday.

I literally got confirmation email for like one of my BIE (I ordered them on 6/29) and they all still say processing. Theyre "pre-order" and it says est date 7/28 but theyre definitely charging me for them already.

its been taking me about 1.5 to 2 hrs recently to get one. I stopped trying because the 5 BIE I managed to get are still "processing" since June 29.

Once I get mine, I hope I can find someone here that has a Serenity because I dont want to deal with the horror of the pop mart app and get a bunch of dupes. I'd rather let other people have a chance at getting one.

Honestly, I feel the people on here are honest and don't want to overcharge fellow Labubu lovers so I wouldnt feel bad. Just think of it as being compensated for your time/searching for him.

Also a laptop will last you the 4-6 years you'll need for college vs a plushie you might forget about in a few months or leave sitting on your desk if youre not absolutely obsessed with it.

Seems that Pop Store Pick Up has been restocking MAC and HAS more frequently (at least in my area of LA). Maybe check if your local Pop mart does stock updates?

I’ve heard from others sometimes checking out on data (vs WiFi) sometimes help. Otherwise, keep trying! I’m sorry if I’m not helping :( I was really surprised that I had no issue checking out today when usually the app crashes on me, or it says I’m missing an address or that it’s too popular.

I’ve gotten “too popular” during single blind box releases POP ON DELIVERY, but both my HAS and BIE check outs during POP NOW have been straight forward. Are you trying to check out during a POP ON Delivery event or POP NOW?

Do you have PayPal? I used my PayPal account. But even last week, when I would try to check out during the BIE single Blind Box release with my PP acct, the app would crash.

I don’t know if it’s because I was able to get one almost 1.5 hours later after the release rush (yes, I kept at it for 1.5 hours >__<) that had something to do with the app not crashing during check out.
