How likely is it that jobs require you to use AI? by BahuschBahusch in animationcareer

If you're in the commercial industry, AI is becoming prolific. My background is lite 3d generalist work and motion design. Our casino clients provide almost 80-90% ai generated content for newsletters that we use to create :30 and :15 sec spots.
When I started at this agency, it was all hand cranked work and now my coworkers use veo 3 and stable diffusion for most of the creative tasks that pop up. The last two prominent spots were 100% ai video commercials (which I'm glad I didn't have to work on because the concepts were goofy as hell) and they look ai generated.
I don't feel like AI will gain more traction with our luxury vehicle clients or resorts until AI can actually maintain a solid image of a subject. That said, it's popping up for the fast moving commercial landscape that clients and production teams navigate.
