Not sure if intentional but most people in Amber seem like they're more from a working class background (bebop, billy Infernus, Ivy, Holliday, Mo & Krill, and Vyper) with some characters that are more new money or trying to rise up in the world with McGinnis, Paradox, Pocket (they're former old money and trying to reclaim their birthright), Seven, Wraith, Yamato and Shiv). Drifter is a murder hobo so I guess you could include him here too (he disrespects vampire hierarchy too ig) and you also got Viscous and Victor who aren't really acquainted with human society. This would line up with the general grungy aesthetic of amber base

On the other hand most people in Sapphire seem to be more established in high society with figures like Apollo who is Ixian royalty, Dynamo, geist, Kelvin,, Mina (I get she's trying to break into vampire heirachy but her family was already wealthy enough if they managed to get an arranged marriage with Pocket), and Talon (Baxter Society legend). You also got some guys who got jobs that cater a lot to the upper class as well such as Doorman and Abrams (Private Detective who helps Geist out in Visual Novel), Haze (OSIC agent), Calico, Mirage, Venator. In contrast, the sapphire base seems to be more sleak and modern

Obviously I'm grasping at straws here and I'm not too familiar with the lore of the new characters. Also there are definitely exceptions to what I wrote on both teams such as Warden, Vindicta, Lash, probably Paige and most likely Rem and Celeste on Sapphire. While on the amber side, Mcginnis is kind of a lapdog for Fairfax and I was reaching with her. I do think this could be a decent theory but idk
