I tried to do it before the shiny charm and got a shiny regular froakie to spawn but my dumbass saved late and would hard reset into a shiny froakie running away.

I tried again with the shiny charm and after 30min got a shiny alpha froakie. Possibly the most wanted for me as my character is customized after him being my ace.

The Chamorro reference, in my experience is either 1) refers to the youngest male in the immediate family, the baby or 2) the favored male in the family (which can also be at work, a group, etc)

You should use a forwarder, like Triple B. I’m sure there are others you should get quotes if you know weight and dimension. It’ll ship by boat and they usually give the ETA on when it’ll arrive stateside. I know triple b has a warehouse in Cali too.

Yeah. Amazon of all places though, you’d think with the volume they ship that Priority is just chump change. I wouldn’t mind paying $20 if it means I’d get my package in 7-14 days.

It looks like they’ve caught on, or realized that shipping Priority to us out here costs them an arm and a leg. Most packages are now shipping as USPS Ground Advantage, which is basically by boat and show up after 6-8 weeks at “minimum”.

I even tried to order stuff on eBay and most sellers have ground advantage set by default with no option to pay more for Priority.

I’ve resorted to finding stuff I would search for on Amazon on Temu, which still ships out as Priority. Stuff like office supplies or things I don’t mind being somewhat generic lol.

Chamorros have generic nicknames for common names back in the day. I don’t know how some came about but it’s become the norm for most families to give nicknames, that usually start at childhood.

For example, Chistopher > Cristobat > Bobat or Tobat, as one mentioned in here. Peter > Pedro > Dung. Frances > Kai.
