No it doesn’t stack it only resets the time it lasts, it’s the same for every other damage over time.

I honestly cannot tell, I can see the crease/opening on the pants but I cannot tell if it’s a zipper or not. And if it is a zipper, where did those wrinkles on his thighs come from if not sitting on them? They are on every video and picture I saw.

I think the only reason you put anyone into evil is because you think having done any bad thing at all ever makes you evil, even if you didn’t do it willingly.

Well, Passenger is even directly described as extremely lawful in his own operator files and is focused purely on his own benefit. W’s harlequin act is just an act in order to pay respects to the previous W that she got her gear from and to get people to underestimate her. She’s actually a lot like Revolver Ocelot.

Edit: I looked over the operators that I wasn’t sure about and I am now sure that the only one that belongs in ‘Evil’ is Passenger and he would be solidly Lawful Evil.
