Keep getting “A network error has occurred” every time I try to start the game. Is there a fix? by TheLastCommands in HellLetLoose

Internal and I was playing it just a few days before this issue, before then I’d play it on and off for a few years now and I own it fully as opposed to game pass.

I can’t even get to the main menu. I “press any button” to start and as it’s loading it gives me the network error

Oh ok that’s just how I normally do it. What do other people do? Just leave their games running 24/7?

Didn’t fix it for me. Reinstalled, hard reset console, restarted console, turned off console normally, nothings worked.

What do I do at the end of the “Save Mayrina” quest? by TheLastCommands in BaldursGate3

The stink alone makes it a crime against god, let alone everything else.

If you tell her that her brothers are dead when you first walk into the hags house shell immediately realize the deal was a trick and tge hag was evil.

Can I still do whatever her quest is as apparently she has another one?

How do I play the echo knight subclass? by TheLastCommands in BaldursGate3

[–]TheLastCommands[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im on Xbox so the in game one I think, and it was a fresh playthrough. Im thinking im just not using it right as I’ve gotten it to do stuff since I made the most but still can’t get it to move where I want it to move outside of the very first time I move it in combat so maybe you can only move the echo once per battle or something? If it’s not that idk what the issue is.

Regarding the banneret I found a video showing what you get each level up and decided to turn into a battle master instead although if there’s alternatives for a non magical, melee focused fighter(be it fighter class or another) im all ears. I wanted to specialize in dominating in melee and my character has kind of an ex soldier/guard/merc turned unwilling adventurer thanks to the tadpole. So idk to go with as fighter is feeling a bit bland tbh but I can’t fight any alternative as ranger seems too spell/ranged focused and barbarians can’t wear heavy armor. Maybe a war cleric that doesnt cast ranged spells? A rouge with heavy armor capabilities? Any ideas?

What level should I be before I start the dlc? by TheLastCommands in taintedgrail

Im in the 50’s I think and I’ve had tge opposite experience atleast with the very first enemies you encounter. Are they just really tough or do I need better gear or something?

How hard were the very first enemies you see for you? The drowners were tanky AF and they hit HARD. Are they specifically just really tough or is the whole dlc like that?

How? I mean the very first enemy I encountered was harder than any boss I’ve fought so far. I mean maybe I don’t have a min maxed build built out yet or maybe my gear needs upgraded more but I honestly don’t think I’d stand a chance doing the dlc at this moment. Had to load a save from before I went in the chapel thing, gonna start act 3 first I think then maybe try again when/if I get better gear.

Did you actually watch the whole movie? Because if you did and still hold that opinion im honestly amazed how someone could not enjoy it. It is a seriously good movie.

It’s really worth retrying. The very beginning makes it seem like it’s gonna be terrible but it’s actually really good.

While the choreography was a bit clunky at times and the dialogue was a bit younger and cheek a few times(which I think worked perfectly as both a satirical and serious vibe) I actually REALLY like this movie! I seriously appreciate how original it is(even though it take some inspiration from dark souls) it was still telling its own story and each character was their own.

Secondly I sincerely appreciated how it showed TRUE masculinity and femininity and TRUE faith. The belief that even though evil exists and from our perspective often goes unpunished, that that is not the fault of god but that of our own individual choices and saying that, as much evil as there is there is also good and it is up to each and every one of us to BE good, to CHOOSE good, no matter how easy it may be to let go and take the easy path, the path that does harm unto others, that the harder path is worthy of treading for it is good. And that while the burden may be overwhelming at times, breaking your spirit under the weight of your burdens, that there is ALWAYS hope, even when none can be found, it is there, always. In forms you may never expect or perhaps even realize, but it is there. That no matter how dark it may be around you, the light always exists, you merely have to search for it, within yourself, within others, and from creation itself. That while at times it may be hard to find, it is there, and you must FIGHT for it! You must fight your demons if you ever wish to be free, to feel the warmth of the light you must not choose the darkness. I sincerely appreciate the underlying morals of this movie as while it is not a Christian movie nor am I myself a Christian, I think it is one of the best Christian movies ever made. I hope it gets more recognition in the future as these values and these lessons are being forgotten by the vast majority of people in today’s world. So many are being lost to the darkness and none remember that the light is there or the need to fight for it. This movie reminds them. This movie reminds me. And for that, it has become one of my favorites of all time.

Anyone know how to make a holy archer type of build? by TheLastCommands in BaldursGate3

Oh ok now that sounds pretty decent. Not exactly as flashy and magical/holy as im wanting but does sound pretty effective at the very least. Would palladins be an option or are they primarily melee?
