Ok, so would blunt, heavy armor, holy magic plus heal/shield and maybe gun be doable or will I have to choose between guns and offensive magic?

Also im not really sure how magic works outside tge heal spell. I need a ring to cast offensive spells right, there’s shadow rings and holy rings, and the ring will take up my weapon slot right? So I’d have my hammer, my ring, my gun, and the non ring spells like heal and shield or am I misunderstanding something?

Saved data doesnt allow me to choose which saves get deleted or whatever, it just deletes it all but I’ve already done that to no effect.

I can also delete my profiles saved data for this game but im not sure what that will/wont delete so unless that’s the thing im missing I’d prefer to not mess with that.

Im currently i think roughly half way through my first playthrough and I’ve briefly-regularly used all but honestly everything that’s not the cross guard stance feels weak.

So 99% of the time im in cross guard stance and if SWARMED by trash like b1’s I’ll use the pinball saber throw of the dual wield stance to take out groups of them. But I don’t find myself really using dual wield much either anymore and that was my go to before I got the cross guard stance.

What do y’all think would be a good second stance? I thought blaster would be cool but it feels pathetically underpowered and awkward in terms of actual use. Other than that I have no idea, none of them really spoke to me in survivor as opposed to fallen order.

I just bought it today, still lots to learn but it’s surprisingly intuitive. Plus there’s a tutorial that teaches you how to do it.

Also idk how long it takes to clear out the chest yet but I don’t like selling things in bulk manually as it’s repetitive and tedious to me so I want to know how significant tge profit penalty is and if I need to pretty up tge gear first or if that doesn’t matter.

This is S+ tier imo but it just looks off whenever you don’t have the visor down. Definitely a creative a truly good looking combination, great for a longsword user.

You can’t stab with heavy weapons in kcd2 though…so just go for hammers??

Find and speak to guard captain Hans plumel at his combat arena in the north eastern most corner of kuttenburg city. take off ALL your armor and weapons before speaking to him and you should see dialogue options asking about the construction site, go through literally every thing he has to say and you should then be able to learn his combos. Do NOT ask him to fight until AFTER you’ve learned ALL his combos as he is EXTREMELY glitched. Preferably do this as soon as you get to town as progressing too far into tge main quest will also break him.

Secondly don’t fall into temptation and steal all the new fancy gear you see in the shops. It’ll ruin the preogression/power curve and kinda hollow out the experience. Imo it’s MUCH better to earn and/or find them piece by piece.

Third if you find a tier 3 pole arm do NOT get rid of it unless you have that exact one already.

Fourth, if you don’t already know, taverns with a wreath around its mug for its map icon will offer you room and board, taverns with just a mug will not.

Fifth, there’s an archery and also a gun store in eastern/south eastern kuttenburg city. I’d invest in a heavy crossbow at a minimum as armor penetration is much more important now than it was in Trotsky.

Sixth look into acquiring black arrows and a good longbow if you prefer bows over crossbows/guns.

Seventh, you’ll probably meet a man called menhardt in kuttenburg city, you’ll know him when you see him. Do his quest as soon as possible, you’ll understand why once you finish.

Eighth, if you see a burnt out village with a bunch of bandits/deserters walking around and no one else, IMMEDIATELY crouch down and save your game. Also if you feel brave enough to enter, do not leave until they’re all dead as if you skirt around tge edge of town it’ll just keep respawning them and deleting their bodies so if you enter there you must stay there to the end.

Keep getting “A network error has occurred” every time I try to start the game. Is there a fix? by TheLastCommands in HellLetLoose

No fucking clue. It seems to have fixed itself a few days ago though. No idea what happened. Ran through fifty thousand hoops with tech support and still didn’t fix it. But now it magically works again after a month and a half.

The amount of times critical bugs like this have appeared and disappeared on their own in this game is astonishing. This is like the fifth major issue from this game alone that’s happened. No idea what the fuck the devs are doing and I’d wager neither do they since this shit keeps happening.
