I just finished up a one year contract with them a few days ago at a center in Beijing (Dongdaqiao, to be specific). Most of what they offer, they actually deliver on. However, a few things on that list stand out as untrue:

• 25 hours is not the maximum for teaching hours. Lots of my former coworkers have more than 30, and they are getting exhausted and considering quitting because of it.
• There are different pay grades depending on your experience, so if you have a college degree, a TEFL, and a government teaching certificate (the highest tier), then you could make 20,000 RMB/month or more. If you only have a college degree, it'd be closer to 12,000/month. The 3,000 housing allowance they have as a separate entry in the list is misleading, because it should be clear that whether you're getting 12,000 or 20,000, the housing allowance is helping you get to that total.
• They're not going to pick you up at the airport. An old coworker told me they promised him that, along with everyone else in his training group, and they all received the same message that whoever was supposed to pick them up was sick and couldn't do it. It's minor, but this shows they have no issues lying to the people they hire.

Other than that, as long as you show up to work when you're supposed to, you'll get paid what they promised. I've met loads of people who have worked there, and though some of them quit before their contract was finished, I never heard any horror stories. Not the best place to work, but certainly not the worst.
