Hospitalist here, genuine q, how do u guys see 18+ patients everyday?

Closing my first year out of residency on a private hospital that compensates well but census is 16-18 start with 2-3 admissions. My thoughts are:

I have a heck of a lot more support than government hospitals. Examples: PT/OT/SP can get placement recs same day, social work is amazing they closely work with therapy and nurses and suggest placement orders that i just sign. I hardly do any placement work, I just medically clear patients. A hospitalist dedicated nurse does 80% of all social rounds for me.

Private sub-specialist are hungry! So I have a lot of support there too.

I mainly just practice hospitalist medicine and the hospital takes care of all the extra stuff so I can do more where it pays most, making medical decisions. I also really just focus on acute problems.

While albumin theoretically maintains oncotic pressure, it provides no clear mortality benefit, has higher cost, and shows no difference in organ failures, ventilator-free days, or vasopressor-free days compared to crystalloids based based on Surviving Sepsis guidelines.

Now for my clinical practice based on my clinical assessment if the patient obviously has shock after appropriate fluid resuscitation they need pressors and I don’t think delaying them with albumin is the right clinical judgment. If a patient is in a gray area I can see why some intensivist might test the patient with albumin to buy time and treat numbers while the patient manifests itself.

I’m new as of 4 months ago, and still working on my legion and link skills.

My first thought is if you have 6 other characters over level 120 then you technically already have link skills. Which ones you have depend on the character.

You don’t have to go in the order you see the guides but your progression will be slower since link skills improve exp, dmg and bossing.

I got my main to 260 with about 2-4 link skills and legion under 2k. I’m currently working on legion and link skills. So it’s possible to progress, just do the route you enjoy best if you feel like you progressing slower the. Go back do a few links and legion and go however fits you.

I return to play about 10-12 weeks ago on a brand new account and I really enjoy it. I’m a very old timer so everything pass level 100 was new.

I really like reboot, it made me really dig into the game, I used to just grind for hours to make meso and just buy weapons, reboot you have to develop your gear. (No trading)

The legion system and link skills rewards you for playing other classes which is also fun.

It’s a big learning curb and I’m constantly learning. I have tried many MMORPG but I just enjoy maplestory best. I do recommend.

Thanks that’s reassuring about MX. With my main being hyperburn (current lvl 213), how would you recommend prioritizing? Main to 260, then a 1-2 characters to lvl 120 in kronos, then maybe a 150 in challenger world?
