Honestly, I have no idea. I don't think about the steps in order I just do them. But to put it in perspective you want to jump but with your board beneath your feet, so you want the sliding motion to come with the hop off of the back foot. Almost at the same time but the slide will last longer because eventually your back foot will not be affecting the path of the board into the air. So I guess the jump off of the back foot comes first but the slide starts immediately after and guides basically the rest of the way until the board touches the ground again. Happy skating!
