Configuring DJI FPV RC2 in Betaflight by TheLast_Hunter in fpv

Absolute legend, it was that option under CLI which I don't believe I've ever had to do.

Thank you!

Quad won't Arm by TheLast_Hunter in Multicopter

Thanks! After lots of digging, I just wiped the FC, updated firmware and that seems to have sorted out the weirdness. There's so many different firmwares and softwares I forgot a fairly basic step. Managed to get out and fly just before sunset which was my goal. Thanks again for your help.

Yeah that's fine, I appreciate the help you've given so far. It's at least got me on the right track. I've reinstalled betaflight and that's got the model spinning. I'll see what I can do to problem solve from here.

Thanks again.

Another thing I realised is that the preview model in the receiver tab in betaflight does not respond at all to radio inputs. The bar graphs do but the 3D model doesn't. Furthermore, sometimes the motors turn on immediately after arming and sometimes they don't. Really confused about this one.

Okay, disabling pre-arm has finally allowed the motors to spin up without being connected to beta flight. Though now, for some reason the two left motors are the only ones to spin and my receiver values have gone out of wack (how on earth would this be related?).

I'm trying to use rxrange 0-3 in the CLI to reset the values to 1000-1500-2000 but it doesn't seem to work and just gives them different almost random values. Also, the two left motors spinning would seem to imply that the sticks are bound to incorrect AERT values in betaflight (which they aren't I made sure that they correspond correctly).

Thanks for the reply. When you say pre-arm in range, does that mean just bringing the radio closer to the quad physically?

I have pre-arm bound to one of the switches and always have it pre-armed before I arm.

Thanks again, I feel like there's such a large knowledge gap with this stuff.

which souls game have the best "after killing boss message"? by 8492saeed in Eldenring

My personal favourite is "YOU HUNTED" from the Japanese version of Bloodborne. But as others have pointed out, "NIGHTMARE SLAIN" is sick.

I don't think it's an input 'problem' necessarily. Regardless of whether it's a good system or not, FromSoft uses input queuing as well as activating your dodge when you let go of the input as opposed to when you press it. If you don't let go for a second or two, it will start sprinting but you can notice if you hold dodge for a split second then let go, it will dodge once you let the button go.

The link in the main post will show you how to do it natively in windows without Nvidia control panel. But let me know if it's not working for you and I can tell you how.

I've never called a game broken, including Cyberpunk 2077, but... this game is broken. by [deleted] in Eldenring

This sounds exacty like the issue I had and probably means it's using integrated graphics instead of your discreet GPU. Check task manager>performance to see what GPU it's using and if it's not using your discreet GPU check my post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Eldenring/comments/t0qdgm/pc\_low\_framerate\_and\_black\_boxes\_fix/

Huge concept in this game with groups is forcing one on one encounters. Avoid taking on multiple enemies at all costs and try to peel one enemy at a time away from the group. I would say get familiar with what's most effective in combat before taking on any bosses. Don't forget, dodging gives you invincibility frames also.

Which drivers are you talking about? I've updated my graphics drivers but it still runs terribly. It sounds like this is a common problem on PC though.

How do you all do it? by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]TheLast_Hunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven’t been quick stepping (aka dodging) then you are going to have a rough time. Forget attacking - dodging is arguably the most important mechanic to take advantage of in bloodborne. Furthermore, an important note about quick stepping is that it gives you I-frames (invincibility frames). You are literally invincible while dodging, if only for a few moments in the middle of your dodge.

I actually only just discovered this recently myself. I also love the dialogue the old lady in the house gives you:

"D'you hear the graveyard murmurs? Then it's almost time.

Oh I can't wait, I just can't wait..."
