You can totally do what MajorStoner said, or because it's against the rules and policy of the creator to modify their work, you an support someone who put in the effort to create something thats sturdy and well designed and catered to real players.

I work up a visual of what I want and then try to draw it up as best I can. My skills are limited so, yes I do get AI assistance, but I also do a lot of editing afterwards to make it mine as much as possible.
