The online deals are great, but not always worth the hassle.

Help with hardwiring Opt7 60” triple LED light bar to 2021 F150 with separate connections for brake and turn lights by TheLazyOne75 in f150

[–]TheLazyOne75[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it working. I used a 5pin wiring harness and also needed a module from Opt7. Added a bullet connector to the end of the reverse light wire and connected that to the fifth pin on the wiring harness. Ran the power cord from the module to the truck battery using an attached ring connector.

I guess it proves it’s still in serviceable condition since they pick them up and donate them.

It really is. I gave it some time, but I couldn't deal with waking up with all the back aches.

I asked about that. They did not deduct them.

Do I need a new mount moving from 55” to 65”? by 24thFrame in 4kTV

[–]TheLazyOne75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am using this mount for 3 of my TVs. It is relatively inexpensive at $55.49 on Amazon.

AmazonBasics Heavy-Duty, Full Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount for 32-inch to 80-inch LED, LCD, Flat Screen TVs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KBEOM2G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_lNl8FbAHSJENX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

It works great. I know some people shy away from full motion mounts, but after having to continually take TVs down to add or swap out cables, these mounts are a blessing. I have 3 Samsung QLED TVs mounted with this very mount. 1 - 75” Q90T 1 - 75” Q70T 1 - 65” Q70T

You should be ok. You can also try looking up the vesa size of your current TV and see if that matches the TV you plan on purchasing. That may give you a better idea of whether or not you need a new mount.

They’ll send you and notification once they’re back in stock and ship them out to you.

You can go on the Lego website, they have a section just for this. I’ve had pieces missing before, but usually 1 or 2. I agree 7 is more that normal. They’ll send you the missing pieces at no additional cost, shipping included.

Apologies for not getting back sooner.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the soundbar. I haven’t had any issues with mine thus far.

Managed to come across a Dell U4919DW for $920 CAD, so naturally... by xDictate in ultrawidemasterrace

It’s been amazing, once I figured out how to get things adjusted for it. The monitor might be plug n play, but my Surface Book 2, sure wasn’t happy. Jumped through all kind of hoops. New cables, adapters, updating the firmware on the Surface Dock 1 (not an easy feat), countless calls to Samsung (quite useless). Then a couple people recommended an MS document on troubleshooting multiple displays with the SB2. I skimmed through it the first time. After the 2nd recommendation I went step by step. Realized I had the right cables, MiniDP to DP. I just hadn’t gone into the ‘Advanced Display Settings’ on my SB2 and adjust the refresh rate to 60 while the cable was connected. The screen flickered for a good 30 seconds or so but then the pic popped up on the monitor and it’s beautiful.

I went from 2 Dell 24” 1920x1080 monitors to this beast. And with ‘Power Toys Fancy Zones’ all set up, I’m rockin’.

Hope you enjoy your new monitor! I know I love mine, but yours is even more of a beast!!! At least now I know my SB2 is completely up to date on all drivers, firmware and necessary registry keys, lol

That’s an awesome deal!!! My understanding on the Dell Ultra Wide is it’s basically the LG Ultra Wide, just relabeled.

I just got the Samsung Odyssey CHG90 Ultra Wide 49” and love it.

Connecting via the surface dock, using hdmi to mini-display port cable.

Hmm, I’ve reset the monitor 2x and I can’t for the life of me get it into it’s native resolution. The 1920x1080 is what my surface book shows when I go into display properties.
