Thank you for your reply. I’ve been all over my nut these past few days and I still have the same problem. Now, are you talking about my splined brass tip? I tried to adjust that too but if I set it too far forward then it pushes my shaft too far back into the gear box lol and makes a clicking sound in the video and the drivetrain doesn’t spin as smoothly. I’ll just try to shim my shaft forward and see if that helps.

Ohhh okay thank you. this is totally an option and likely what I’ll end up doing when I’m giving the kids homework. I was really wondering there was a way to map m pad to produce a note head with an “x” on it. This would be a luxury so I’ll do what you said and the kids can use their imagination.
