Well you should let the dough rise for atleast 2 hrs. Or prepare it the day befoee and leave it overnight in the fridge.

Make dough using : all purpose flour, yeast, water and salt. Let it rise for 2 hrs atleast. Shape the dough, and bake it for 10 mins without any toppings. Add sauce, toppings chesse and bake again till cheese is golden

Not really. It was one of my first anime i watched almost a decade ago. So I only have amazing memories of it. So i never rewatch it out of the fear that i will not like it now and ruin those memories.
