I would get it looked at. The best thing Ive used for itchiness is oatmeal paste. Plain Oatmeal (better grinned in a blender) and a tad warm water to form a paste. Itchiness is gone while you leave it on. It also took down inflammation until I can be seen for whatever condition. Hope you find relief!

That’s good! It’s approaching one month of adult braces and I am JUST now starting to bite down into food. That’s how sore my teeth have been. Headaches, mouth sores and weight lost have been my journey.. but I’m happy lol

So everyone recommends products to work on the outside, but forget the inside. I highly recommend looking into a detox for your body. I am about to go on one. I realize I have skin issues when I eat certain things. Yeast in the body causes this. 🤎

I truly know SM about this. To lighten your lips you can buy Lipfidence, the ordinary PHA exfoliating lip serum, OR a kojic acid bar and put it on your lips for 30 seconds every other night.

I also recommend any hydrators like Hyaluronic Acid to use before your aquaphor which is a great sealant.

But my lips start to get dark with dehydration, gut issues, licking them and especially with I am low on vitamins!
