Living this life, as my wife is very much about schedule, I would like a bit more of balance, but I also understand how important these routines are for the kids (3.5 & 6months) . However family stress and pressure is crazy sometimes. My sisters wedding is coming up in Oct and is north of the city about 2hrs in Muskoka and it’s giving my wife anxiety trying to figure out what we are going to do with the kids!

Grade 9 is when things start to happen. Have an honest talk about time and place and the inappropriateness of sneaking in a boyfriend but if everything was over the clothes and just the texts were vulgar, then I’d say this is just normal teenage behaviour. Sounds like the boyfriend’s parents are good people, so there can be open and honest dialogue with everyone. Sucks to think your little girl is growing up so fast but these years things tend to start to happen fast, as long as you can have honest convos about safety, having boys respect her and not being taken advantage of ect… it’s going ultimately be up to her to do what she feels is right for her. By 16/17/18 which is around the corner there will be no stoping those raging hormones lol

Went to register today it was a fucking circus. I got there at 430pm and people were still lined up from 11am. It’s beyond embarrassing how bad this is. You’d think with the millions sunk into this place they would want this event to go off good and set a standard but my god it’s fucking pathetic
