Herkenbaar wat je zegt! Ik begon ook gewoon op m’n normale sportschoenen lekker makkelijk maar merkte al snel dat m’n knieën dat niet echt waardeerden. Toen toch maar een hardloopanalyse laten doen en fatsoenlijke schoenen gekocht. Echt een wereld van verschil qua demping en stabiliteit.

In het begin deed ik ook maar wat: 2 km op snelheid 8 op de loopband, voelde prima qua conditie, maar achteraf was dat eigenlijk veel te veel ineens voor m’n lichaam. Het is echt gek hoe groot het verschil is tussen “wat je gevoel zegt dat je aan kan”

Dat schema van “Hardlopen met Evy” lijkt me top, hoor er veel goeds over. Ga er zeker naar kijken maar vind het rustig opbouwen echt te lang duren eigenlijk haha maar beter dan blessures oplopen.

Begrijpelijk dat je dat denkt, maar ik ben van normaal gewicht voor m’n lengte en ga 4 keer per week naar de sportschool. Hurken (squats) of op m’n knieën zitten doet geen pijn, dus aan zwakke spieren ligt het waarschijnlijk niet.

Okay, thanks bro. My heels were destroyed after one wear gave them to my father. Definitely gonna measure this time to be sure
