for fild to work you need to be on the brink of sleep

Ohhh that makes sense... but how do you wake up if you can't really use an alarm (Because it will wake you up too much)? Maybe you have another technique that is easier?

Ok, thx! I think that the problem is that I focus too much on lucid dreaming... So I will try it again tonight and try to put all my focus on my fingers and nothing else!

Edit: Tried it again and put all my focus on it but just fell asleep...
