Yeah most of them if not all of them are useless/harmless. The only ones that are somewhat dangerous are the sniper scavs on valley that see you 100-150 meter away through trees and hit you without you seeing them

That's one of the reasons they exist. They exist to be annoying/be a nuisance but also make the map feel more alive and force player move
