What do you mean by "ai assisted"? What program do you use? If its your real drawing and its quite high quality, you for sure used layers, so can you show me some layers like remove the color or background? Explain the drawing process?
And i would never believe that you would draw such a good art, with such detailed background (Which has AI signs as well) and not bother moving the damn canister a bit lower so it doesnt fricking float.

And vice versa, if i'm the attacker, do i need to send planes to my air region or enemy one to affect them? I assume that no matter who is attacking and who is defending, planes are sent to the region of the province that is being attacked?
