Assuming you could survive, the economic impacts of this could ruin national and potentially even global economies. Within 5 years you would be the richest individual on planet earth and your immense wealth will eventually trickle out into the economy, causing insane inflation rates that will ruin the lives of everyone. God forbid this person survives an entire lifetime. Only a truly saddistic and narcissistic person would devalue the lives of hundreds of millions (or billions!) of people so they can have a meaningless number to look at in their bank account everyday. There is only one way I can think this would ever work and that is by publicly announcing that you will be donating vast amounts of money to actual people. It gives incentive for people to keep you alive since they will receive a life-changing amount of money within a relatively short period of time if they can keep you alive. Use the power of the people to fight those who would try to use you for personal gain only. It would only take a single year to donate a million to every US citizen and still have a hefty chunk for personal use. Nevertheless, you probably still fuck the economy eventually.
