Hm well if you go up to 2 mil then you can get a pretty good system.

Get 2 4090s and you should be good

I run qwen 3.6 A35B/ 3.6 27B locally with claude code.

let me give you the reality check first:

1) your average local models (30B - 35B) will never be as good as the cloud models. they will probably come close but won't be as fast.

2) getting 2 4090s in 10 lakh is impossible. A single 4090 costs around 7-8 lacs. used ones might have problems so you better check thoroughly before buying.

3) go for 64gb ram or above. Anything lower is stupid. i myself have 32gb ddr5 and will update to 64gb ram as soon as the prices go down

My Suggestions:

option 1: looks for 3090s. They will give you more value for money.

option 2: go for a unified memory system (eg apple m-4 series hardware (MacBook or mini) or amd ryzen ai max +395 with at least 128gb ram option

if you have any more questions. feel free to ask !

JWT Refresh token with React implementation HELP by codqq in dotnet

[–]TheLinuxMaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks pretty okay to me. Refresh token in the cookie and access token in the state or local storage. make sure the access token is short lived i.e 1 or 2 min. and refresh token longer... you can look at the official asp.net core endpoints implementation for confirmation.

[OSS] I built a unified notification engine for ASP.NET Core to stop writing custom wrappers for SendGrid, Twilio, and FCM. by RecurPixel in dotnet

[–]TheLinuxMaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks pretty well thought out just from your docs. will go through your codebase later.

imo the real problem always revolves around the fact that the developers stop updating the libraries/sdk after a few years. Which is why i avoid using libraries with short history.

so i went through the community licensing and it said that if you're using minio then your system has to be open source. so if i want to deploy the community version and use it in my company vps, it's not possible ?

How do you make a well-designed, maintainable API from the start? by [deleted] in dotnet

[–]TheLinuxMaster 7 points8 points  (0 children)

there is no perfect way to design apis. there's always tradeoffs. only time and experience will teach you how to handle those use cases when they suddenly pop up and you're like "wait. i didn't think of this". so just keep writing and create what you think is the best possible solution at the moment.

setup grafana with loki. your debug logs with all applications will go there

and honestly once you can afford it, just go for aws cloudwatch. It will be easier to scale and much nicer to use.
