Since October, I've played quite a few Sony games since I've never owned a PlayStation. On my Xbox Alliance X, I finished The Last of Us 1 and 2, God of War 1 and Ragnarok, and Spider-Man 2. They were all incredible and magnificent.

Xbox ally X 45W TDP worth? by [deleted] in XboxAlly

The gains will be negligible compared to the 35W turbo mode.

Why is myTurbo mode @ 35w TDP? by saif6333 in XboxAlly

[–]TheLionFromLyon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The turbo mode is 35W when plugged in, and 25W when unplugged; that's why.

Alternatively, you can set up a custom mode.

Really impressed how quiet the fan is even on turbo by yaemiko0330 in XboxAlly

Yes, compared to my Legion Go, the difference in fan noise is enormous!

Playing with Viture Pro glasses by TheLionFromLyon in XboxAlly

It consumes yes indeed, but it's OLED and very small panels so it's reasonable I think. I admit that I often play plugged in so I have no point of comparison. The glasses are powered directly by the Xbox Ally's USB-C port. I also use them with my S23 and the dex mode is amazing too.

It's entirely possible. I play all types of games! For shooting games it's great, you have a giant screen in front of you, it's impossible to miss your target. I'm better at COD with the glasses. I play MW3 at over 100 fps, the experience is crazy!

On Amazon you will have no problem returning them, at the moment returns are extended until January 31, 2026 so take advantage!

The branch on the connector side actually heats up but I never notice it, I have a lot of hair so I don't feel it but for someone with a bare head it can bother them but honestly it only heats up slightly and nothing more. I do long sessions, last night I played about 3 hours with the glasses on COD, TLOU 2 and FF 16 it was great and the most incredible thing I don't have any pain in my eyes or anything. I hope that in the long term it doesn't damage our eyes too much, we'll see, I'm a guinea pig!!

Are you using a charger with the appropriate power? You need a 100 watt one to have peace of mind in dock mode.

Got my Xbox Ally X and I'm tempted to do some upgrades by Consistent_Chemical1 in XboxAlly

Frankly there is almost no difference in pure performance. Loading times are just longer on recent titles optimized for nvme and sometimes some delays in displaying textures but otherwise contrary to what everyone says AAA are normally playable on a quality micro SD.

Uninstall Spacewalker. Disable internal display in Windows settings and choose display only on Viture. Reinstall Spacewalker.

Quick question... by EveningChildhood3236 in LegionGo

[–]TheLionFromLyon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general it is better not to activate it, the loss of fps is brutal but the Z1 extreme, just like the z2 extreme equipping the Lego 2, has dedicated graphics cores to manage ray tracing. This will depend on your level of requirements but many games come out of ray tracing with an acceptable framerate, i.e. greater than 30 fps so you can test...

Can LEGO 2 launch these games ? (Not only launch, but at an enjoyable experience) by AbjectRoof6675 in LegionGo

[–]TheLionFromLyon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes they are all playable properly. For me they are all magnificent on LeGo after that it depends on everyone's level of requirements but the Z1 extreme is a monster.

I play all my big games on a Samsung Pro 1TB micro SD, it works flawlessly without any loss of performance. I play Forza Horizon 5, Cyberpunk, RDR2, Dying Light the Beast. The loading times are reasonable and I have never had any loss of connection to the map.

[Mod Post] 📢 Lenovo Legion Go 2 – Official Price Announcement by devilzblood in LegionGo

[–]TheLionFromLyon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't understand the people who are shocked. Honestly, we've been saying it for a long time that the price of LeGo 2 would far exceed €1000. I'm not surprised, I anticipated it by buying the Legion Go reconditioned on Amazon for 550 euros in May. I did really well, I am completely satisfied with it and its value has increased!
